Naturflat Digest combines an enzyme complex (which helps break down carbohydrates, fats, proteins, lactose, and fiber) with natural plant extracts—fennel, peppermint, and lemon balm—to promote a balanced digestive system, relieve bloating, and promote digestive well-being, especially after heavier meals.

Take 1 capsule before each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner), with a glass of water.
